Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and piso99.club ("piso99," "we," "us," "our"). 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money service on piso99, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. piso99 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations, which may include forfeiture of winnings.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered piso99 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. piso99 may suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. piso99 services are intended for players who are legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws of their jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing piso99 is lawful in their location. piso99 reserves the right to block access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
2.5 Verification (KYC). piso99 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.
Age Gate Reminder: By creating a piso99 account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. Online gaming in the Philippines is legally restricted to adults aged 21 and above.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your piso99 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify piso99 Support immediately. piso99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Session Responsibility. All bets and transactions made through an authenticated piso99 session — whether or not authorized by the account holder — are deemed to be the account holder's responsibility unless compromised access has been promptly reported to piso99 in writing.
4.1 Accepted Methods. piso99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment methods as listed on the Wallet page. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on piso99 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via Philippine payment methods.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on a same-business-day basis where operationally possible. piso99 reserves the right to conduct additional security and KYC checks before processing any withdrawal, which may temporarily extend processing times.
4.4 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your piso99 Wallet are your own lawfully earned money and are not derived from any illegal activity. piso99 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
4.5 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as notified by piso99 from time to time. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any such fee is applied.
5.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by piso99 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Abuse & Exploitation. piso99 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, forfeit bonus balances, and terminate accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements rather than genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus structures.
5.4 No Obligation. piso99 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion to any Player and reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or restrict any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting any bonus already credited to a Player's account at the time of modification.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on piso99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event. A bet is deemed accepted only when confirmed by the piso99 system and a confirmation is displayed to the Player. In the event of a system error during the bet placement process, piso99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface. piso99 reserves the right to alter these limits at any time.
6.3 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, piso99's server-side records of the game state at the time of disconnection shall be conclusive. Outstanding rounds in progress at the time of disconnection are resolved according to the game engine's recorded state.
6.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including software malfunction, incorrect odds display, or result calculation error — piso99 reserves the right to void any bets affected and refund the corresponding stake. piso99 is not obligated to honor bets placed on the basis of a manifest error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on piso99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the piso99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the piso99 brand name — is the intellectual property of piso99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. piso99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written consent of piso99.
9.1 Service Availability. piso99 endeavors to maintain uninterrupted service but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. piso99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions.
9.2 Gaming Losses. piso99 is not liable for any financial losses arising from gameplay. All forms of gaming involve financial risk and you accept that risk fully by participating. piso99 does not guarantee winnings and past performance of any game does not indicate or predict future outcomes.
9.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, piso99's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your piso99 Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
9.4 Consequential Losses. piso99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10.1 Player Responsibility. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. piso99 strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and play within their means.

11.1 By piso99. piso99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious account activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a regulatory directive.
11.2 By the Player. You may request the closure of your piso99 account at any time by contacting Support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method, net of any applicable fees.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — shall remain in full force and effect.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, piso99 and the Player shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitration body as mutually agreed.
12.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by piso99 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory body with jurisdiction over piso99's operations.
piso99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of piso99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using piso99 and request account closure.
